What is Hypnosis? What will happen in a Hypnotherapy Session?

 

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. We will work together to help you make the changes you need to achieve the positive future you desire.

Hypnotherapy can help with many things:

Hypnosis is totally safe and has been used therapeutically for hundreds of years as a method of accessing the subconscious and will help you to change your patterns of thought, reduce anxiety and through beneficial suggestions, reach solutions for the future. It is a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

 

Sessions last around an hour during which time you will receive solution focused psychotherapy followed by a calming and relaxing hypnotic trance.   Each session I will guide you into a deeply relaxed calm state of Hypnotic trance with the sound of my voice.

A free Initial consultation will help us find out what you want to achieve and explain how the brain works in a straightforward way, so you can see why we can feel the way we do when we are overwhelmed.   

The number of sessions needed varies and is continually assessed. 

You will receive an MP3 or CD at the Initial consultation to support you between sessions.
